Theme Support

All of our themes come with six months of included support and free lifetime updates. After the initial six months, you have the option to extend your support coverage by an additional six or twelve months. Even if you choose not to extend your support, you can still submit bug reports via email or item comments, and you will continue to have access to our online documentation.

We utilize an advanced and secure ticket system to manage your requests. Our support is limited to questions about the theme’s features or issues with the theme itself. We are unable to offer support for code customizations or third-party plugins. For assistance beyond minor customizations, we recommend hiring a developer.

Extending & Renewing Item Support

When you purchase a theme, you receive 6 months of hands-on support. Once this period expires, you can extend your support for an additional 6 or 12 months for a fee. For more details about item support, please continue reading below or refer to Envato’s

  1.  Log in to your ThemeForest account and navigate to the Downloads tab.
  2. Find your Savior purchase. You’ll see how many months of support remain, with an “Extend Now” link next to it.
  3. Click the “Extend Now” link, which will take you to the Savior theme’s item page.
  4. On the right-hand side, click the “Extend Now and Save” button.
  5. After clicking “Extend Now and Save”, you will be directed to the checkout page. Verify your payment details and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the extension purchase.

Before you submit a ticket

To expedite your request, please follow these steps before submitting a new support ticket. This ensures efficiency and helps everyone involved in the process:

  1. Ensure you are running the latest version of Savior and the latest version of WordPress.
  2. Consult our Documentation and search our support system for an answer to your question.
  3. Disable any additional third-party plugins you may be using to determine if they are causing the issue.
  4. Switch back to the default theme (Twentyseventeen) to check if the issue persists. If the issue is resolved with the default theme, it indicates a bug in Savior.

Following these steps will streamline the support process and facilitate quicker resolution of your issue.

Common Questions

If you choose not to renew your item support, the main change is that you will no longer have access to hands-on support from our team. However, you will still receive theme updates containing bug fixes, patches, and new features, as well as continued access to our online documentation and help files.

  1. When Can I Renew Item Support?
    Here are the scenarios and costs associated with renewing item support:

    • Support Upgrade: At the time of purchasing the item. This costs 30% of the list price or 37.5% of the item price.
    • Support Extension: Extend item support before it expires. This costs 50% of the list price or 62.5% of the item price.
    • Support Renewal: Renew item support after it has expired. This costs 70% of the list price or 82.5% of the item price.
  2. Where Can I Place My Support Ticket?
    You can visit our Support System to submit your tickets. You will need to log in with your Envato account, which is the account you used to purchase Savior on ThemeForest.
