Multilingual

This theme seamlessly integrates with the WPML plugin, widely regarded as the premier tool for creating multilingual websites. Below is documentation on how to utilize the WPML plugin with Savior. If you’ve purchased WPML and encounter any questions or issues, refer to the links provided below.

Installing & Configuring WPML

To get started with Savior and WPML, you will need:

  • WPML Multilingual CMS (the core plugin)
  • String Translation
  • Media Translation

With WPML and Savior, you can translate pages, posts, flex posts, portfolio, and Savior’s elements added to any page or post using Sage Page Builder.

Translate Your Content Automatically

With WPML Automatic Translation, you have two options for translating your site:
  • Translate Everything: Automatically translate your entire site’s content. This is the quickest way to get your site translated. See this documentation.
  • Translate Some: Choose which content to translate. If you don’t want to translate your whole site or prefer to hire translators for specific content, this option gives you more control over what you translate and who translates it. See this documentation.

Translate Your Site Yourself

If you have a WPML Blog account or you’re the sole translator for your site’s content, you can translate your posts and pages by clicking the plus and pencil icons. Please refer to this documentation for more details.

Translating Texts from Theme Options

Besides content from posts and pages on your site, there are often texts from other sources, such as themes and plugins. To learn how to translate these texts, visit WPML’s documentation page on translating strings.
